HOW IT WORKS

From the first survey to the hand-off, nobody works from an old copy.

  1. Collect

    Paste your survey straight from Excel, or type rows in. Each row starts as your private draft.

  2. Sync

    One click sends your rows for review. A project manager's own rows go live straight away.

  3. Approve

    Approvers see each change beside possible duplicates and approve, or reject with a reason. An approval is tied to the exact version it was given for.

  4. Hand off

    Export to Excel today. Revit sync is on the way: every item already carries the permanent ID it will use.

THE TABLE

One table. Every discipline sees its columns.

Column groups are colour-coded, so the electrical engineer, the mechanical engineer and the planner each find their part at a glance, and a filter shows only your discipline.
